Hello!

I’m Catie, your ADHD Procrastination Coach

I believe that everyone can learn how to manage their unproductive emotions and stop procrastinating with the right mindset.

Why I’m Passionate About Helping Adults With ADHD

Before I was diagnosed with ADHD, I was just a procrastinator. Time would pass
inexplicably while I stressed myself out over what I felt I should be doing, and I never felt
satisfied with what work I did get done.

After completing a graduate degree in public policy and struggling through a move to the Twin
Cities, I was diagnosed with ADHD. I knew it was time to develop some ADHD coping skills and
start feeling better about myself.

When I created ADHD Procrastinator, my goal was to help people who were stuck fighting their
procrastination tendencies and develop strategies for a productivity mindset that works with their
ADHD brains. Like I did after lots of trial and error, you too can learn how to get stuff done and
feel better!

Why Working With a Coach Works

I’ll never tell you what to do. My process is all about discovering your own
answers, and empowering you to achieve your goals— you make it happen!

“It helps to think of ADHD as a complex set of contradictory or paradoxical tendencies: a lack of focus combined with an ability to superfocus;  a tendency to procrastinate combined with a knack for getting a week’s worth of work done in two hours."

Dr. Edward Hallowell, author of ADHD 2.0
